On the occasion of Euroluce 2017, Oluce will portray itself and its new collection by orchestrating an elegant, intimate and cosy mise-en-scène on one hand, and a genuine narrative of style and time on the other.
Indisputable stars of the exhibition stand, the Oluce lights this year present an aesthetic and chronological story that develops as a temporal narrative, seamlessly linking past, present and future. Objects designed by different hands, expressions of different cultures and eras, are all linked by an unmistakeable company style that provides the leitmotif between the past, present and future for the entire collection.
Starting from the present, are the new projects by Christophe Pillet – the Plume family, the wall and ceiling lamp Berlin and the outdoor project Niwa – and Angeletti&Ruzza – with their table lamp Cylinda – we then continue our journey through the past, the roots of the company, with the anniversaries of Atollo and Lyndon by Vico Magistretti and Coupé by Joe Colombo and towards the future, through the new families and products designed by Mariana Pellegrino Soto – Alba and Recuerdo – and Francesca Borelli – Eva -, two young IED students – European Design Institute in Rome.
Oluce conclude il suo racconto con uno sguardo verso il futuro, Euroluce 2017 sarà infatti palcoscenico per una serie di nuovi prodotti disegnati da promettenti studenti dello IED (Istituto Europeo di Design). Alla loro prima esperienza come progettisti, i giovani designer riveleranno nelle lampade realizzate con Oluce una sorprendente capacità di rinnovare con la loro creatività forme tradizionali, trasformandole in oggetti totalmente nuovi.
