Design Carlo Colombo, 2003
Among the various types of floor lamps, the “luminator” is, without doubt, one of those objects that is faced, also by the most renowned designers, as a kind of challenge. Carlo Colombo gives Oluce a brand-new interpretation of this lamp with his creation Do With. The lamp body, supported by a thin square base, consists of a painted metal cylinder that becomes increasingly tapered rising towards its top which hosts the light source. The result is an object of absolute elegance in which nothing else can be added and nothing else can be taken away.
