Nicola Gallizia, born in Milan, studied at the Faculty of Architecture at the Politecnico di Milano.
From 1990 to 1999, he collaborated with Luca Meda, contributing to the image and product development for Molteni&C and Dada.
Since 1999, he has continued his work with Molteni and Dada as a consultant for image and product development.
Throughout his career, Gallizia has worked as an art director and designer for the Camera Group.
In 2001, he began collaborating with Pitti Living to create installations and exhibitions, receiving the iDot Award for the “Rayon Vert” table.
Gallizia is renowned for his projects in the hospitality sector, particularly for the interiors of luxury hotels. His attention to detail and the storytelling behind each project make his works unique.
In 2015, he designed the “Duca” lamp for Oluce, initially conceived for the ME Milan Il Duca hotel.
This project, developed through Oluce’s Bespoke service, was later included in the company’s catalog.
