In collaboration with the Fondazione Vico Magistretti, the Triennale in Milan is dedicating a retrospective to Vico Magistretti, one of the world’s most celebrated Italian designers, which will cover the entire works by this Milanese architect and designer.
Oluce will be represented by many of its most iconic lamps, designed by Magistretti and main players in the history of the company: Sonora (1976), Atollo (1977), Lyndon (1977) and Pascal (1983).
The exhibition will retrace the entire design career of Magistretti, which, as a matter of fact, began in the Palazzo dell’Arte in the post-war years, with a series of drawings, sketches, models, photographs, prototypes, and original pieces preserved in the Milanese architect’s archive that also include Oluce lamps.
